Jon - typically high on caffeine - heads up the team at Hob-Nob.
He's got over 10 years professional experience in sales and business development - and loves seeking out new opportunities for his clients.
Jon realised his fascination for sales and marketing from a young age when touring London's antiques markets and silver galleries with his father.
This passion - and a great need in the market for decent B2B telesales, telemarketing and lead generation - was what made him start the company back in 2005.
Oh, and Jon really loves coffee (a bit too much).
Jon hates old-school sales techniques, poor service - or sales that results in anything less than a win-win.

Michael
Michael is an Account Executive / Telephone Specialist at Hob-Nob.
Although Michael was educated in ICT. He found he had a thirst for sales early on working in direct sales at the tender age of 16 - and he hasn't looked back since.
He enjoys talking to people (and talking in general!) and nothing makes him more happy than an even happier client.
He is a bit of a bookworm enjoying hours on end holed up with a science-fiction book but balances that with an active interest in Cricket and Rugby.
He is also training with aims to enter the next London Marathon (but he said that last year...)
Michael hates disorganisation and likes to be prepared for any eventuality, this involves a seemingly endless amount of lists and notes.
Justine
Justine is really the one in charge (but the others haven't figure that out yet...)
Justine ensures that everything that should happen, happens when it should!
She's very valuable to the team...
